the CBA was signed back in 2020...

The current CBA, signed in 2020 after a strike, guarantees players a minimum salary of €16k ($26.6k), alongside paid holiday and maternity leave. Unions were initially pushing to raise the minimum wage to €25k for the 2023/24 season, with continued increases.
