Monahan, Gaudreau, Backlund, Gio all complete no shows this season. Most of the rest of the team seems to not care either, very troubling situation developing in Calgary.

Young guys go hard, despite them no longer being young by NHL standards. Gaudreau especially, and the flames core largely has gotten by on natural talent, which is why when the intensity level goes up the whole team except Gio and some grinders fold.
