Take a year off and just have one off drafts and come back strong in 2020?

Have a smaller draft this year and hope participation picks up in 2020?

Any other ideas?

Have sign-up in January as usual.

If not enough interest, THEN we decide together whether to go with it (if smaller). Heck an 8-team draft sounds interesting. Or we could then delay until February or March.

Personally, my fall is much busier than winter usually, and I don't even think about the ATDs until AFTER Christmas.

I like any kind of sizes, different rules and what not if we do something else or a little bit different but I think I prefer to keep some kind of consistency with the ATD itself, at least in terms of participation and general rules.
