Just relax. Thy went from a last place team 4 years ago to a top 7-8 team this year. It takes time to win a cup. You need talent and a lot of luck.

This incarnation of the team is seeming more likely to have another Salutegate than any of us would have thought a mere 3 years ago. It's amazing how fast things progress from youthful enthusiasm to dogged professionalism to complacency then finally to entitlement.

He shouldn't have hired an inexperienced GM but nothing wrong with the Coaching hire.
It hasn't worked out as expected but you can't fault a guy for bringing in the top guy available at the time.
