Apparently he's both the GM and an Assistant Coach.

Dumont is now the General Manager and Assistant Coach of the Nashville Junior Predators, a newly formed team that skates in the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) and plays its home contests out of A-Game Sportsplex in Franklin, Tenn. When the opportunity came along this past summer to acquire a team, Dumont, Jr. Predators President Tim McAllister and company jumped at the chance.

Jeff Daniels. He played 9 games for Nashville in 1998-99 before sticking with the Hurricanes for a few years. He was an assistant with the Hurricanes for 4 years and has been coaching their AHL affiliate in Charlotte for 4 or 5 seasons.

Bougner also coached and owned the Windsor Spitfires. I believe he was also Ellis's coach for the Spitfire team.
