If you're really into fitness and nutrition, chances are smoothies are a big part of your diet, so I thought a thread to share smoothie recipes would be a good idea


Here's mine:

3 and a half cups of cold water
4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder (vanilla)
1 tablespoon of plant protein powder (vanilla)
1 scoop of Progressive VegeGreens
1 scoop of Progressive PhytoBerry (antioxidant formula)
1/4 cup of a 50/50 mix of whole oats and raw buckwheat
1 teaspoon of hemp hearts
1 teaspoon of ground flax seed
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tablespoon of all-natural peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon of nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
ground pepper
Himalayan pink salt
cinnamon
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen fruit (pineapple, strawberries, peaches, or mango)
1 cup of frozen spinach
1/3 of a frozen avocado
3 pitted dates


I have 2 of these a day, and then eat a big dinner

It's a good topic as I like smoothies recipe very much, I like different flavor,
Berry banana smoothie is my favourite one.
Yoplait*ParfaitPro*Lowfat Strawberry Yogurt (16631) 4lb 8cups
Juice, apple, unsweetened, chilled 2 lb 3oz 4cups
Bananas, overripe, mashed smooth, chilled 2 lb 4oz 4cups
Total weight 8 lb 7oz
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt and apple juice in 8 quart or larger measurement-marked storage container;
stir until well mixed.
2. Add mashed bananas, 2 cups at a time, stirring until smooth.
3. Verify mixture yields 4 quarts (16 cups) so each serving contains 1/2 cup fruit; add mashed bananas
as needed to yield 16 total cups and stir.
4. Portion 8 oz into 9 oz serving cups; place lids on cups and serve chilled; refrigerate if not serving
immediately. May also refrigerate overnight; stir before serving.
Tips:
1. Substitute commercially available puree with overripe, mashed bananas.
2. Fill 1 serving cup with 8 oz of smoothie; use as a visual guide to fill remaining cups.
3. Refrigerated banana smoothies may discolor on very top layer if held overnight.
