Are you talking about Oshie and Burakovsky?

They're laughing because that type of stuff happens all the time in hockey practice, and they probably know DSP is peeved but he'll be laughing later on. Burakovsky is the one that shot the puck. My guess is he's like the last guy you want to hit because of his temper which is why they laughed.
