Roy said Holden might see some PP time.
I love ya Patrick, but sometimes you're a little cray-cray.

If anyone on this team retired early and went hippy, my guess is that it would be ROR
While I would've never thunk that on my own, it did make me smile and I could believe it. When he decides to do something he strikes me as the kinda guy to go all-in.
Well, he does have the money to do so.....
PP has been bad, put a big body in front of the net like the Bruins do sometimes with Chara

Desperation? Holden isn't even playing the next game...Or how the Hawks did with John Scott. This reeks of desperation from Roy.

I'm not sure if that is correct or not...I just used Google to show me how to say "Show me the money" in Russian.
That being said...I love Ryan and what he brings to our favorite team and hope he stays here for a very long time.
No hard feelings on this end...hope both he and the new management feels the same way moving forward. We can all laugh at the past but there will be some serious discussions that have to take place in the near future. I seriously hope neither side lets pride or the past get in the way of good judgement.

It's still hard to believe that we have more points than Chicago did at this point last year.
Despite the start, consistently beating Nashville, Dallas, Minnesota, and Winnipeg is what it will take to get in the playoffs.
So far so good, lets hope it continues tomorrow!
Also, just looked at Nashville's scores so far this season... and I know everyone raves over their defensemen (who are great) but they've been scored on 3+ times in half their games so far. And 15 goals against in last three games with Rinne gone.
Avs should be able to outscore them.
I see Avs are finally 1st in power rankings
Can you give us the link? I'd like to check it out. It's not on the NHL homepage.
