Valsky isn't a star by any means in the czech league, good player but that's about it.
The generalization he made sucks but i can agree with him that 85% of the KHL games i try to watch are boring.

No physicality, slow pace, playing in corners ...
There are exceptions of course, like MMG, CSKA, SKA and some other clubs' games but hell, even this year's MMG-SKA final was pretty slow and unentertaining hockey imo.

So yeah, Valsky shouldn't generalize like that based only on his Slovan experience,
but i agree that the KHL is very overrated in terms of overall hockey quality and 'watchabilty'.

Talking about physicality, depends on the team i guess. I was watching Medvescak games often and they were pretty physical for the most parts but that's due to large amount of North Americans playing there.

...and i wouldn't go as far as 85%
