I feel it depends how much trading we want in the game.

If we go only to 10, people will be forced to trade to fill some spots on their team.

Or else they would just fill their tean through the draft mainly.

I'd be good either way, but would say 10 is enough. Or maybe add a couple more but I wouldn't add too many.
