The 1971-72 St. Louis Blues would count.

The team's initial coach, Sid Abel was ousted by the owner after coaching just 10 games (technically he didn't get fired--he was kicked upstairs to GM--but close enough). His replacement, Bill McCreary Sr., got fired after 24 games.

They finally stuck with Al Arbour for the rest of the season, although Arbour got fired 13 games into the next season.

Edit: Also, forgot about the 1995-96 Ottawa Senators.

They fired Rick Bowness 19 games in and then fired Dave Allison after 25 games (he won 2 of them) before settling on Jacques Martin.
