Dont think you will have any luck.......... none of the TV stations in the UK or available through Satelite in the TV will be showing the draft.

Only outside chance would be a bar with an illegal satelite system that can pick up NA stations. I'm not even sure that is possible never mind knowing where that bar would be found.
