Should the NHL cross-promote with UFC?

I hate MMA / UFC and everything about it. I hate the sport, the culture, and most of the fans.

I surely hope the NHL has higher standards than to associate itself with such a pathetic spectacle.

No joke, I think that's viewers the NHL should try to get, UFC is the fastest growing sport, young men these days plays violent and imaginative video games, watch UFC and wrestling. The NHL should market to these guys and say screw the nerds and people that wants hockey to become like International hockey.

I like a lot of international rules better, but international hockey outside of the World Cup, U20, and the Olympics will always be a joke to me until they move the World Championships till after the playoffs. Kind of lame that they wait for sub-AHL Euro leagues, but don't wait for the best players. If you can't be bothered to wait for the NHL, just make it amateur only.
