Traditionally a weak area for Russian teams, goaltending is an area where that country has managed to catch up and more consistently develop good players. Two of the best NHL goalies – Semyon Varlamov (COL) and Sergei Bobrovsky (CBJ) – are from Russia, and there are a few more younger netminders who can repeat those achievements should the youngsters continue to progress as they are doing now.… read more

Again, again and again the stuff about Shestyorkin makes me think North Americans are pretty simple minded ppl. They recognize only one way to deal with things i.e. the way they do it and anybody doing it diffrently is at least strange and enigmatic to them 'cause he does it the wrong way, right?

Yeah russian players are difficult to predict, because Russians have 3 arms and 3 legs. And our brains work differently. That's why russian players are so dumb not to pack their things at age 16 and run to North America, 'cause only there you can learn hockey.:sarcasm:
