I think when Lance tweets like that he knows because he talks to his team source. He's not going to guess it's a callup unless he's sure they aren't trading for someone.

Yep...it seems like Lance is the most in-tune reporter we've had in some time. I don't always agree with his evaluations of who is good/bad on the team, but he seems trustworthy as a team reporter.

I can see why you want to get the guy at least some game action. If they do end up needing him at some point, I doubt they want him to go in completely cold.
