Good points. He had a very hard time getting the kids in Kamloops ready every night all season. They started to improve once Darryl Sydor came on board as an assistant.

I think that's the biggest challenge for a USPORTS coach going to Junior. The USPORTS schedule allows you 5 days to prepare for 2 games while the CHL schedule has you playing and traveling around everywhere.
