There is no cost associated with being a GM. Sharing of hosting costs is optional to chip in. Friendly side bets between GMs are always optional.
Full 30 team league
Mirror of the NHL whenever possible
20 man active rosters
NHL cap structure
up to 90 player teams
We don't fake free agency
Strong stable core to the league going into it's 6th season.
The Pittsburgh Franchise is in excellent active shape. No development pipeline or depth. Previous GM was the most active trader in the league. Always a contender, very very strong team.

This is not a 'casual' fantasy league. You don't check in once a month. It's a daily thing. Overall hockey knowledge is fairly high, typically a group of guys that wins other hockey pools are in this one.
we track 16 catgegories:
G A Pt +/- PIM SOG GWG STP Hit Blk FOW TOI-SH W GAA SV% SHO
each team faces one opponent each week. 20-23 week season then four weeks for the playoffs.

There will be a screening process, and we have a break-in rules/trade advisor system setup for new GMs to not dismantle their new team.
