They are trying to trade Cory Joe so they can re-sign Lowry without going over the tax line.

I heard its likely going to be 3 year/90 million with a non guaranteed 4th year, Lowry doesn't have many options now that Utah, MIN, SA and PHI all have their PG's. He wants to win and get paid, so you can count out the Knicks and Pacers.
