I mean, even the "worst" of these guys is still top like 5000 in hockey players in the world.
Sure, but what really is the point of having a poll to discover which prospect the forum thinks sucks the most? Never mind that the guys at the bottom are the lowest visibility and have been watched the least, and so we're being asked to put forth a very uninformed opinion. All to determine.... what exactly? At least with top prospects we're all arguing about who we think we'll see in Detroit, or how much of an impact they'll have in Detroit.

It's the kind of poll Babcock would run in the lockerroom so he could post the results.

Oh I don’t disagree with you. I think the idea is a really bad one. Just wanted to refute a little bit the idea of “these are people too”

Like Kienan Draper is 10000x the hockey player I’ll ever be. And lord knows he would win because everyone still is butthurt about a nepotism pick with a 7th round pick… when Kris Draper himself was a 2nd rounder so little thought of that the Wings acquired him for the $1 waiver fee.

That's an undeniably funny sentence to type out.
Lolol. Didn’t think of it that way, but yeah lol.

More so, Kienan Draper isn’t gonna be the least bit offended if he’s called the worst prospect in Detroit’s system… because it would mean he’s a prospect in Detroit’s system and one of the astronomically small numbers of people actually able to make money playing professional hockey

Detroit has 41 prospects (with rights and certain limits we had on this voting) and somebody has to be the 41st best prospect.

Just started reading a book written by a Harvard professor and he said that the students didn’t care for his joke that 99% of Harvard students aren’t going to be in the top 1% of the class

I mean, can you even prove that they are in fact people? I think not.

And shame on us if we don't diligently work to figure out who that is, amirite?
