Ok, I'm an idiot. I have no idea how to read that!
I don't know if someone answered yet, but basically, that chart indicates how players were deployed at even strength during the game.

- the bigger the square is, the more minutes the player played against a certain player of the opposing team (e.g. Trouba and Morrissey faced Ryan, Brassard and Stone a lot, as well as the Sens' top 4 defensemen, hence the big squares).
- the brightness of the square indicates the amount of shots per 60 minutes (e.g. notice the difference in shots by Little's line against Phaneuf and Karlsson - with Phaneuf and ELL on the ice, there were more shots than with Karlsson and ELL)
- the colour of the square indicates which team managed to shoot more with certain players on the ice. (for example, Lowry's line has a lot of mostly blue squares, which means that when they were on the ice, the majority of the shots came from the Jets)
