I don't see what others see in Harpur. He's a bottom pairing D imo.

If he can ever find some consistency theres a chance he could make a step up into the top4. He makes a lot tough plays coming out of the Dzone but then he will follow it up with an abouslte bonehead play. I feel like he is managing the speed of the NHL at a lot better then he did previously but theres still times where it looks to fast for him. In the AHL he had a bit of a mean streak, haven't seen that at the NHL level. Maybe when he gets more comfortable he will start to lean on guys a little more.
