I haven't seen or heard much about the head shot on Zibanejad in this game. Based on what I remember it seemed like a clear elbow to the head which would normally be a suspendable action. Am I way off on what actually happen in the hit?

Paul Gaustad didn't even get a 2 minute penalty for pretty much ending Winchester's NHL career with a hit from behind.

Matt Cooke didn't even get a 2 minute penalty for for trying to ruin Karlsson's NHL career with his skate.

What makes you think any player is going to get any penalties for doing something illegal against a Senators player in a game?
