As far as I'm concerned when it goes to a tiebreaker the guy that loses the tie breaker poll should automatically get the next spot, so with that in mind I went with Crookshank.

Doesn’t work like that... that assumes that everyone that voted Tychonick would’ve voted for Crookshank right after. Which may be the case here, but wouldn’t work every time in a different tie breaker with a different set of players.

But generally speaking I agree.

Sure but if we make the loser of the tie breaker re-enter we might as well do a new poll removing only the guy that finished last everytime somebody wins by a plurality instead of a true majority because all the guys who didn't vote the winner could end up supporting the same guy and wing up with a different winner.
