Excuse is something along the lines of Ottawa celebrated 20 years since the franchise was awarded while Tampa Bay is celebrating actual seasons played. Could be wrong, but I thought that is what they said last year. I'm sure a quick search could confirm this, however, it is 1:40am and I am lazy.
