I think Mcdavid being Mcdavid got the draft lottery system changed.

IIRC Buffalo tanked hard, and Tim Murray made it pretty clear that they wanted McDavid, but then lost to Edmonton at the draft lottery.

I caught the second and the third. Second looked like pretty solid hockey on our behalf. Third we looked completely drained and couldn't get anything going.
