Seating Question

I have two tickets for the Hurricanes vs. Capitals game at the Verizon Center. They're Section 111, Row G.

I want to give them to my boyfriend for Christmas. Unfortunately, I know nothing about the Verizon Center.

Can anyone confirm that these are good seats?
