What are some stats that teams are using to evaluate draft eligible prospects? What are some things that I can manually track that scouts would be interested in seeing?

Also, what are some stats that teams monitor/track to assist in a player's development process?

The scouting community would be more interested in video-backed stats for lack of a better term. Clean zone entries, touches required to exit, passing efficiency, quality of defensive coverage within the system provided, etc.
