Nhl needs more characters like Hartnell in the league. Good player I enjoyed watching and all the best to him........

Another really good player who helped build the early Predators identity. I wish all of those young talents from the time could be coming into the league today and develop into the current Preds system behind a pretty stacked pro roster, but it is what it is.

Harts had a nice career and he is responsible for the funniest play I've seen when he tossed his glove at Lecavalier on the breakaway.

Congrats on a great career! The NHL is losing one of the few big personalities they have and I will definitely miss him and his antics. He's one of the few guys to play the game on the edge but people of all fanbases still seemed to like and respect him. That's not an easy thing to do in today's world and it speaks volumes about the kind of person he is.
