Even tho we all know it was a dirty hit, and I totally understand Maurice trying to defuse the situation. Why would you put your name on a quote when by definition the player was given a match penalty for a dirty hit?

I used to think Jets fans were ok until I saw them saying that if Perry didn't get suspended, neither should Scheifele. Despite the fact that the situations aren't even remotely similar, even the majority of Leaf fans acknowledged that the Perry incident was an accident.
