Schedule/Opening Night

Panthers fan who moved to the DC area last August, so I come in peace guys.

I was curious if anyone (a STH maybe) has info about the Caps schedule or at least opening night yet. Most STH fans on other boards seem to have gotten some info from reps, but I didn't see any Caps info. I am thinking about going to Opening Night, or the first Caps/Cats game in D.C.... one of the two.

Thanks in advance! and GL this season guys. Since I am local now, I plan on following the team and rooting whenever they aren't playing my Cats

Full schedule not released yet. Caps open the season in Tampa on the 19th.

I dont know how accurate Tampa is either...Someone was saying that was the normal schedule, prior to the lockout was playing Tampa on the 19th.

I've heard Tampa, Florida, and most recently I heard Carolina today.

We play home against Winnipeg 1/22.

McPhee said on the STH conference call that we opened on the road, followed by 3 home games the next week. Winnipeg on the 22nd was confirmed via Winnipeg press, not sure on the other 2 games.
