I'm more of a "don't count your chickens before they hatch" kinda guy, so any premature talk about Stanley Cup parades in Boston makes me feel uneasy

The B's will have their hands full with either the Sharks or Blues, so I wouldn't worry about any parades until they win 4 more games.

Defenseman Kevan Miller and forward Chris Wagner are both unlikely to play in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final, Bruins general manager Don Sweeney said Saturday morning at Warrior Ice Arena.

Miller, who has been sidelined for all 17 games of Boston’s postseason run, suffered a setback in his recovery from a lower-body injury, Sweeney said. Sweeney did not share an official update on Wagner, who returned to Boston — and missed the series-clinching win — after blocking a shot with his arm in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals against the Carolina Hurricanes.

“I don’t expect Kevan to be ready to play,’’ Sweeney said. “I would be very surprised if Chris is ready to play, but we’ll wait and see.’’

600 dollars USD for nose bleeds....then I have to pay 400 for flights and then more for a place to stay, all for game 1. I think I'm going to have to do it, as much as it hurts my wallet I know I won't regret it and what a way it would be to watch my first Bruins game in Boston.
With all that money being spent on one night I'll watch it on cbc and buy one share of Amazon.

The Boston Bruins have reached the 2019 Stanley Cup Final, and tickets for the Boston-based games of the series are now sale.

If you want to forego your favorite sports bar and watch the team play live at TD Garden, it’s going to cost you. As of this article’s publication, a single ticket for Game 1 ranged from $500 to $5,000, depending on your seat, according to Ticketmaster.com. For Game 2, the range was $500 to $4,980. Tickets for Game 5, the third home game (presuming the series goes that long) are running $649 to $3,964, and for a possible deciding Game 7 they’re going for $856 to $5,179.

Eighteen-ticket, private suite rentals went on sale on Friday at 11 a.m. They range in price from $25,000 to $35,000 for Game 1 and will increase in price for games after that, according to TD Garden. Rentals include a private bathroom, though food and beverage orders are an added cost, naturally.
