TV: SAS Rogue Heroes-Prime

Anyone else seen this series? It's absolutely great. Solid acting , hillarious moments and a great true story of how the British SAS was formed in WW II. First 2 episodes are on Prime, the other 4 are on MGM+ [ formerly Epix] free 5 day trial will get you through the series in a few days.

Totally worth checking out.

Thought it was pretty good, not great

Watched one episode and didn't care for. Hated whoever is directing this.

This need for putting rock and/or current music in period pieces from the early 20th century is annoying. Really takes me out of the moment. Don't like it at all. Comes across as hokey and trying too hard.

I think that was my only real gripe. They lean very heavy on 70 rock type bands, mainly ac/dc. You can tell this guy was heavily influence by Guy Richie, but less camera tricks. Had my doubts after the first episode too, but once the set up was through, I thought it got really good.
