Can't believe McGinn is getting so little love. Not sky high potential or anything, but seems to be fairly NHL ready.

It's a matter of perspective. I view these polls as rating who will be the best once they reach the NHL. Not who is going to get there the soonest.

Obviously some people view it as the latter, hence Freddie and Applesaucer.

If I were an NHL scout, this criteria would hold more importance than anything demonstrated at the combine. A solid hockey name is crucial to a prospect's success.
