Kind of like that we’re hoarding 2022 picks. Having two 2nds and two 3rds gives us potential to trade up in the first round in what is supposed to be a strong draft

Now if we move on from one of or both Gaudreau/Monahan in the off season it could be a spicy draft next year

Really good trade IMO! Got more for Bennett then Buffalo did for Hall and he’s honestly been really bad for us this year. Florida is paying a premium in hopes they get playoff Bennett and obviously we weren’t going to see that this year in Calgary
I do hope the guy turns his career around and makes an impact somewhere. The potential is there. Was just clear after 7 friggen seasons that it wasn’t going to happen in Calgary unfortunately. Good luck Sam!!!
