The other day, I made a tweet about the Bruins deadline cap situation that cause literally a couple hundred questions come my way.

The fact is, Don Sweeney and Evan Gold are using every method available to them to bank some serious trade deadline cap space. By moving players onto and up from the taxi squad or the AHL, they have literally put themselves in a situation no other Bruins team has been at throughout most of the cap era.

Hopefully, this explains to you (those that have questions) how it works and why the moves they are making are so important in creating this opportunity.
