Man, that sucks. The article mentioned that the Flames granted him a leave to go be with his father, so I certainly hope that Jiri was able to see him before he passed. Can't imagine how much that guy's head is spinning, after a short training camp with a new team and his father with failing health, now this... thoughts and prayers to him and his family.
