Biro is former teammate of Brett Murray.
Alex Limoges is the player I really want from PSU. He wasn't drafted and still could return for his senior year. He's probably too big (6'1", 201lb) and plays the wrong position (center) to interest the Sabres.

Since O'Connor signed with the Pens and Khodorenko signed with the Rangers, perhaps the Sabres have moved down their list?

I understand this isn't really a serious question, but at this point in time all ELCs signed start next season. Until there's some clarity as to what will happen with the remaining season, no ELCs can be signed that start during the current suspended season.
