Inb4 no poll!!!

I've thought all along that the Islanders are the team we should be chasing for the last playoff spot and more likely to slip than Boston.
Thursday and Saturday's games are massive.
Yea the Bruins beating a strong Penguins team kinda seals the deal. They’re a bunch of seasoned vets and I don’t think they will crumble.
Don’t think we’ll get there even if we beat the Isles twice either.
They got it right at the Garden tonight.

I like that Lafreniere is like 15 or whatever but has a beard that makes him look like he's 45. I also like how he's always grab-assing and horsing around.
Don't let this win distract you from the fact that Quinn is the worst coach of all time.
Literally no know gets this and it drives me f***ing nuts! Can we just pls become the team we hate so much? I mean we already have a better Dman than doughty
I still can't believe quinn puts out that fourth line after that monster shift by the chytil line. What a way to not have the pulse of the game.
Isles lose so if you want to make things interesting, take the next 2.
Shesterkin stole this for us. Now, we’ve got 2 big meaningful games against NYI starting Thursday.
Big time goal by LaFreniere.
This next game is going to be insane.I hope they come out like they should.
Crappy game but they stepped it up slightly in the 3rd and got it done, sooo....
Now who do you start?
I do enjoy that giving up goals with no time left in the period doesn't phase this team because they do it so damn often. 5D chess from Quinny!
Also, the Icelanders are worse with their goalie pulled than we are. I don't think they even got the puck into Washington's D-zone for a whole two minutes.
In the offseason, Kakko needs to skate with a 90 pound vest on and take 1000 shots a day.
He's so close from being a BEAST.

If we beat the Islanders twice in regulation we’ll only be one point back of them so they are just as realistic a target as the Bruins. Just need to keep winning to give ourselves a chance.
The annoying thing is that even if they do that the odds are heavily against them.
NYR have 4 games against Washington and Boston to end the season. The Isles have two games against each the Sabres and Devils, as well as one additional one versus Boston.
Like we genuinely could win five of the final six games including both against the Isles, and if they get three wins in those five games we lose out.
