Probably my second-favorite pick of the draft, right after Krebs. Looking forward to seeing what the Knights can do with this guy.

Now a junior at Wisconsin. Went directly from HS to the Badgers following his draft year.. Any word on his development?

Would he have been better served spending a year in junior hockey?

This kid was the darling of their 2019 draft and the media loved him. They haven't been able to get him to a development camp the last few years though.

As for upside...doesn't look like he's projecting as a top 9 guy. Maybe a Zenon Konopka type 4th line C with a lot of Paul Bissonnette personality.

Typical Minnesotan staying in HS too long and not going to junior for their draft year. Even worse, he didn't go to junior for a full year before entering university.

Took a year off due to anxiety issues, this season no idea if it's injury or those issues.
