I haven't had a chance to watch Team USA play to date, and I'm curious about the performance of Ryan Suter in the tournament.

Before it began, a good number of people forecast him on the all star team, and some even as Best Defenceman.

Has he performed as well as anticipated? Or has the general strong play by the team as a whole over-shadowed his individual contributions?

    Thanks.

Well, I haven't been able to watch any of the U.S. games, but listening to them, and looking at the stat sheets, it appears he's been a horse. He's been dictating the play, both at even strength and on special teams, and has played with a decided physical edge. He's been great. Actually, the whole U.S. defense has been great. An excellent mix of styles, and several guys that can play both ways. Mark Stuart has been a freak. Awesome pick by the Bruins.

I heard From a Devils Scout that Suter was THE Leader of USA with Parise.
