Why does HF general care if he takes offensive penalties? Save the outrage for when he does another stupid cheap shot.

I don't know anything about Garbutt, but these two things are true (I come from the corporate world of Finance, so the 1st one is from lots of fun experiences)

1) Ivy League looks great for resumes, but there are still complete morons who graduate from there

2) Athletes often get free passes at great schools even if they aren't smart due to their inherent abilities. I think as sports fans, we all know this one.

I'm not saying Garbutt fits into either of these, as I don't know the dude personally, but graduating from an Ivy League school literally means nothing when it comes to being a moron/not being a moron.

The thing is, not to take this off topic but there are different kinds of intelligence. I'm sure those "complete morons" were intelligent at something (standardize tests?) but maybe not intelligent at others. Some people are more book smart but have less common sense. Hell academia breeds people like this. Lots of professors are like that. Anyway, but yeah being a student athlete obscures his intelligence though.
