And his goal streak stays alive, 11 games now, 15 goals.

Great goal, won physical battle at the blue line, near the boards
got himself a half-breakaway goal, nice shot.

Not sure this guy gets an ELC, but he will be a definite AHL contract candidate.

The issue right now is Charlottetown is somewhat in a league of their own in the Maritime division. Halifax is mediocre at best. Moncton and Cape Breton are both rebuilding.

Saint John and Acadie-Bathurst are their main competition, and neither are even playing right now. Saint John has been underperforming to this point, but I expect they will start to do better, and Acadie-Bathurst is doing well but are giving up too many goals right now. However their main competition is stuck in Quebec right now (Val D'Or, Victoriaville, Chicoutimi, etc.).

So guys like Desruisseaux are able to beat up weak teams.

Its still really impressive, no matter how one thinks about it + how he plays is also good, not just his goals and assists.
His shot is really good, good set of wheels, goof hockey IQ as well, has made several great passes this season.

Not many overagers like Cedric ever make the show. A lot of empty stats by being up to 4 years older than your opponents.
He’ll probably have a successful hockey career though, i’m definitely rooting for him!
