I've been watching LIIGA on a regular basis via AppleTV here in the States.
The RUUTU app is available in the USA AppleTV store. Download that, and use chrome to register at ruutu.fi and buy the sport package(€14.99/mo)
Sign in and off you go. It's all in Finnish and the games start ridiculously early so there's not much overlap between games there and in Sweden or farther west.
At this point, I'm watching hockey from breakfast through dinner with only a small gap waiting for QMJHL games in the maritimes to start.
