Did Philly retain anything on Ghost? Arizona is obviously tanking for assets, are they worth a call?

Trying to think out of the box on the open D slot while also filling in with a PP QB.

I actually looked at this one a couple days ago. The way Ghost contract works is he gets paid 4.25M(total) for the next 2 years but has a 4.5M caphit. That is an Arizona style contract so I am not sure they would move him

If Palmieri is coming back and Parise is coming, where does Tarasenko fit in? Because right now I don't see where he does (although I still want him...)
