He trolls a lot of the time, but it still is clear he has sources. He was the first to say AA was going to Columbus (the real insiders followed suit shortly after), and then was the first to say that it was in fact the Oilers that got him. He also called the Sonny Milano to Anaheim, which isn't exactly easy to predict.

But yes, the majority of his tweets should not be taken seriously.
