Is there anyone that can explain to me why Surrey and Brooks were there. I thought it was the winner of the BCHL/AJHL and then the winner from the SJHL/MJHL.
They have may have changed the format on it I just can't find anything about it online.

New trophy called the Western Canada Cup that sends 2 teams to the RBC. Champ and finalist.
