please god no

Panarin’s play with Strome is fantastic. Reminds me a lot of Nylander and Jagr.
Also, if we want a top line winger to play with Panarin then we’ll have to pay for one.... more than we just paid Kreider. So if Strome acts like a top winger but gets paid only 4.5 per then it’s a win in my opinion.

If we sign Strome, I hope it's no where near 4.5 per year. Most they should go is 3.5, maybe 4. Were going to have a lot of kids to sign in the next few years and we need as much cap as we can get in 2/3 years.

Mika will demand a massive raise. Fox is going to get paid as well.

Giving Strome more than two years is foolish.

Gretzky’s Kurri....
Lemieux’s Stevens....
Lindros’s Renberg....
Gretzky’s Robitaille....

Strome is a byproduct of his play with Panarin... ok so you want someone else to duplicate that then you gotta pay big big bucks or so you take the chance that Panarin can play like that with anyone? It will be interesting to see how it all plays out this offseason and then the resulting play/lines next season.
