What time do we see our first trade today?
Sundays before are usually s-l-o-w. I wouldn't be surprised if little happens today.
11:00 AM tomorrow.
The traffic on this board is going to be nuts tomorrow.
Should hear about any players on waivers in a few.
@Edge @BBKers @Mikos87 @bobbop been pretty quiet since mid day yesterday. Although @bobbop dropped that bit late last night about Grabner.
Would imagine an update in some capacity would come out today
What did he say about Grabner? Yotes looking to move him?
Click on their user name and hit “ignore”. I barely post on here but the bickering is unnecessary. Disagree with someone? Respectfully Agree to disagree and move on.
Happy trade deadline eve.
That he's very much available and the Rangers have inquired.
He said Rangers inquired about him. He makes over 3 mil per year so may be too much for us considering he has all of 11 points this year.
Grabner worked with AV's system. Philly should be interested, not the Rangers.
Fitness freak and one of the fastest players in the league lost his motor at 32?
Could be interpreted as his motivation or desire to give his best effort there. What is role there? What line was he playing on? Need some more context
I agree with which ever poster suggested it would be a grabner for smith swap. Save 1 million in cap space. Same amount of years. Trim as much cap off as you can.
Timashov on waivers...worth a look?
And people were wanting him as part of the return for Georgiev.
Blows my mind why anyone would even entertain trading for Grabner. The second he was traded from us he has done absolutely nothing and has looked terrible for 2 years, esp after the eye injury. He is not the same player he was for us.
What if he costs Brendan Smith and a 4th?
I could see Arizona being interested in paying nicely to swap Fast with Grabner. Get a big upgrade and get out of Grabner's contract for next year. They really need some cap flexibility.
While I agree, to be fair couldn’t you have said the same thing about Grabner before he came to the Rangers?
interesting. I hadn’t heard about an eye injury. In the same vein as Marc Staal?
the way it appears is that gorton has to be conscious of every dollar. One million saved. Personally, I’d rather not buy out any more players. How much would grabners cap be in the minors?
Separate names with a comma.
