Roope´s parents are tall as well as his brother Miiko (189 cm). His little sister Nea is talented in basketball and seems to be 167 cm at the moment. He was 187 cm a while ago, but is still growing. However, I have doubts about that 193 cm.

National broadcast company YLE is also highlighting Hintz as a player to follow tonight in their game preview.

Roope was great especially in the first period. The whole line Rautiainen-Mustonen-Hintz (age combined under 60 years) was the best in the rink as usual.
