I've been looking around for stats on when an NHL rookie puts up the majority of his points and haven't really found a good source. The usual mindset seems to be that rookies start out hot but fizzle as the grind of the NHL season takes its toll but there should be some value in a guy learning the NHL game and getting more comfortable at the higher pace thus getting going late. Would be interesting to get some actual stats for it.

So my question is does anyone know where I can find that info? Something like first 30 games vs last 30 games of a rookie season?
